So far I am 90% confident in the synthesized whistle notation and timings and the piano vocal mapping. There are some measures I feel I may need to look over again to be sure, but I am happy with what is there. The song needs to have a non looping version of the drum beat and something more akin to the studio song or the Stop Making Sense version. The glaring issue that still bothers me is the lack of the light guitar that is often drowned out in mixes of the song but is very clear in Stop Making Sense. If that can be added that would go a long way to make the song better. As of now I am tired and I can't dedicate as much time to this project as I was once able to.
