The process of getting the file to work was difficult. First, convert the file to MIDI format using SynthFont. Then, use strings for almost everything since there isn't a horn instrument that goes up to a E7. Then, add the markers since they do not get imported. Finally, fix the zero-length notes by selecting all and clicking on the resize button.
