(Also, I know, Giant Steps, blah, blah, blah. It's CLEARLY not stolen. Mine's in Bb Minor, with COMPLETELY different instruments, and goes doen in MINOR thirds, not MAJOR thirds. Though BOTH songs ARE initially hard to see as a clean 8 bars until you think about it.)
(Also, because of the 3-bar repeating phrase, it's easy to get lost on when the loop will end (I assure you, it IS an even 8 bars, changing chords eery half-bar.), even with the crash I added on measure 5, during the Ab chord. Sorry, but this IS sort of a complicated song, ANYWAY.)
...Well, it's SORT of an F7, but ALSO a tritone substitution at the same time, as it's ALSO a B7. This, instead of the implied Bb major, loops back to the Bb minor chord. And since I'm Moadot720, it's all an EDM song at 126 BPM using the 909 Drum Kit.
I then did the same thing for the next 6 chords, taking me from G minor to E minor. But as I wanted the song to have a power of 2 for the number of bars, I used a common tone resolution to get to Eb, then D minor, C minor, and...
My thought process: (Multiple comments) The song is in Bb Minor, but modulates. I did a i-bVI-BII, and used a common tone resolution to get to Cm7, which starts a iv-V-i to G minor.
