This is Hyde's theme music from "Dr Jekyll and Ms Rei". This episode is loosely based around the Robert Louis Steveson novel "The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde" and has Stewie playing the eponymous British doctor (complete with that monstrous out-of-control alter ego of his). In this episode Hyde is depicted as being destructive, often rude, with a looney attitude and seemingly with an incredible craving for alcohol. Because of this intoxication addiction, he often blacks out or even makes situations worse with his wobbly walking and slurring of words. He mainly bothers Rei who tries to get rid of him in many ways but fails every time. This cackling greenish ghoulie also went on to become a character during some of the Howl-o-Scream specials and even an antagonist whenever an episode needs one. There are a few running gags involving Hyde: the most well-known is the one where he's chugging down every alcoholic beverage he can get his hands on (ultimately becoming so drunk he blacks out).
