this is 7 chromatic notes between two Ab's, it's all of the chromatic "flavour" between both Ab's (as the whole and half steps are eliminated in this tuning, too few notes)
yet this could be described as a version of Ab minor, a modulation in a piece like this would mean taking the current equal-temperament and shifting it up by however much the next home note is(3rd scale degree tuning in this example would be +42.857Hz), or by starting on the closest 12tet note (like B for example)
additionally, I believe that to successfully start comprehending other tuning options like these, I may have to make new labelling systems and advance my understanding of the relationships to current music theory
