Many teams and factions of mercenaries, scavengers, and all who were willing to search (including the Loved One) for the Tauraro came to shore. In a selfish scramble of a free-for-all battle, many of the parties fought to have the increasingly anxious Tauraro for themselves, which was broguht to near death in the process. The Lightbearers came to the scene after everything had been carried out and again fighting amongst past friends broke loose as all parties were angry and shifting blame, involving the Lightbearers. To put all of this insanity to a halt, the Tauraro rose again in a burst of held strength to give the Lightbearers a clue on how to find the stars in a last, dying breath.
