Whenever the beginning cutscene is over and this specific ditty begins playing, this can mean only one thing - it's time for a pie fight! This is the music that plays during the pie-throwing minigame after the intro cutscene. This here is Mozart's piano sonata #16 in C major, or G major in this case - as you can hear I've lowered the original pitch (and also slowed down its tempo from 200 to 100 beats per minute). The whole point of the minigame is that, after the Stooges goofed up a bit during their first shift of waitering in a fancy restaurant, you need to help the three dodge the oncoming pies being thrown by ticked-off upper-class folks at the table opposite theirs. The player controls the Stooges, hovering the cursor over each one of them to make them duck and throwing pies back at the three snobs. Luckily, you don't have limited lives in this minigame, thus the Stooges can simply brush the pie off their faces when they get hit. To make one of the Stooges duck, the player must hover the cursor over one of them and hold down on the left mouse button when a pie comes flying at him. If you want to make one of the Stooges throw a pie, click on one of them with the right mouse button - holding it to adjust your aim and letting it go to throw.
