It's a slower, calmer rendition of the piece - if that's more to your liking.
For this updated version, aside from speeding up the tempo, I also took the interpretative liberty of adding (probably somewhat subtle) dynamic changes.
Funnily enough I also mixed in a xylophone sound doubling the triangle "organ" - I think the sharp attack helps neutralize the washy effect of the reverb, as well as adding some clarity to the rhythms. Also, you can sometimes hear a similar percussive sound on actual organs - my example would be the following performance of Ligeti's organ étude "Coulée" (which I might also transcribe some time): https://youtu.be/DYT0SJyUXkE

I feel the harpsichord sound, especially when synthesized, works very well for repetitive "mechanical" sounding pieces, and fits this particular one perfectly. See also Ligeti's harpsichord piece "Continuum":
