tension rises in the operation room. both oak and Cindy are trapped as the monster he thought was a regular patient was chasing them holding a knife. oak gives Cindy a gun saying take it it will help her .she shakes her head no but he's already hiding to jump at him. however he's smarter he stabs oak in the chest and looks at Cindy. Cindy tells him to please don't kill her. she even calls him brother and he stops and stares but he starts walking towards her again. she shoots and she scores 2 shots into his eyes. he holds his eyes as they bleed out.
