Fix the piano octave numbers and add one higher octave that goes till C7. Fix the lowest note being shown as C2 here, when it should be C0. It would be good if we had 82 keys or more at least for piano sound.

This is a low priority thing on jacob's part, with that whole new instrument thing
it could be the next next update
