CAREFUL: TURN YOUR VOLUME LOW

I suggest limiting it to 5. It uses 43 in the same spot.

I tried limiting it to 10 but it doesn't sound much better. Your browser limits the maximum total volume of all sounds (probably a good thing) so eventually it just starts getting more distorted instead of louder.

Can't set it much lower than that because there are plenty of sequences that use lots of notes in the same spot legitimately, like I3etFI's stuff. Limiting the total notes in one column would be better, but I'm not sure what that limit should be.
