Not much to work with as it is just Smooth Synth and doesnt stick to a melody or anything

Not sure what you mean by sticking to a melody, but the synth can be swapped for something else.

Maybe remove the dissonance? Also, maybe there could be a slow dramatic reverberating beat.

Changed the primary voice, added some note variety, added bass to one section. But Lopyt's right, there's not a lot here to work with.
