I saved a sequence while logged in but for some reason it did not save under my account but was saved instead as an anonymous sequence. It refused to save under my account with the same name so I saved it with another name. The name cannot be changed to the original name.
Did your sequence use any non-latin characters?

The sequence font may only save using latin characters
Try clicking "Save a copy" in the save dropdown menu.
