As of right now, there are roughly 12,749 pages of songs matching the search term "megalovania." Each page has 72 sequences on it.
72*12,749 makes about 917,928 sequences with "megalovania" within the name. This does not count sequences called "megalo" or any other variation of the name. This also does not count untitled sequences of megalo or megalos with other random titles.

Some more calculations:
There are about 2200 pages of just "megalo."
2200 * 72 = 158,400 sequences
There are roughly 12,749 pages of "megalovania." (As I mentioned previously)
72 * 12,749 = 917,928 sequences
Doing simple addition:
158,400 + 917,928 = 1,076,328
This comes out to being about just about 1 million sequences, if it assumed that all of the search results are indeed truthful versions of megalovania.
