I'm trying to put
this plugin into FL Studio, but it won't work! Can someone please give me a guide on how to do it?

VST. I want to use it because I can make custom songs with AGOTI's voice (the guy in the attachments, his voice is the default instrument, 2019 bass 01.)
Just put it in your DAW's VST folder and scan for new plugins
I highly recommend Surge synth if you don't yet have it, its free and open source, and nearly as powerful as Serum
use smps2mid midi driver instead
