Might sound weird but I tried importing midi file here and it didnt work. The file was made from audio turned into xml audio converted into midi file so maybe this site cant process it? I cant figure out why its not working tbh. Here is link to my file

actually, the site only accepts .mid files. not .midi.

If it's a simple song, i could try to remake it in online sequencer for you

If the file you have has a .midi extension, try making a copy of the file to back it up, and then forcibly re-name it so that the extension is .mid instead of .midi, and then upload that to OS and see if it helps.
I recommend offline DAW apps for converting MIDI into different formats, or repairing broken MIDI files. There are a few free ones that would probably work for you
