Sometimes I want to hear single instruments or particular sets of instruments instead of all of them. Mute buttons would make editing the softer instruments easier; I currently resort to either moving the soft instruments off the rest of the sequence or changing them to electric guitar because it's louder.

Sorry if this has already been asked. I couldn't find anything. I don't know if it's worth the trouble creating or if anyone else wants it really. I just know it's something I'd like. Thanks.

What I do is lock the instrument I want to hear, then select everything else and press cut. Hope that helps.

That would be quicker, but I am fearful of losing my notes. I appreciate the advice, though. It hadn't crossed my mind.
