some rules have been left unclear

I think that to keep the whisper function when muted there should be a rule saying
no whispers while muted 

this way it becomes a feature, and people will know when they read the rules if they
ever get muted, what they can and can't do

please post your thoughts

that sounds reasonable enough to me

Sounds a little bit reasonable.

But what makes it more reasonable is the reason: people might whisper when there muted and that can get them banned.

but just so newbies know, i think it should either be in the rules to not whisper or the feature should be removed
