Go up to the top tool bar and click on where it says "Import MIDI."
From there,
- Click the button that says "Chose File" to Chose a File from your computer/hard drive
- Once you've chosen a file, click the button that says "Continue" to proceed
- You will be taken to a page to select the different Online Sequencer instruments that you want to correlate to each MIDI track. Set these as you see fit, and then press the button that says "Preview/Import" to import the MIDI file into the sequence editor. It will show up in the editor on the right side of the same page
- If you do not like the instruments you chose, you may change them again, and then press the "Preview/Import" button again to re-load the sequence with different instruments
- Make any additional changes to the sequence using the sequence editor, and when you are finished use the Save button in the sequence editor to save it publicly / to your sequences as you would with a normal sequence
