Get a DAW. OS is not for that, plus why does nobody ever seem to realize that copyright is a HUGE issue for that? :/

It very well can be, and whats stopping people from uploading any audio? How large is a 10 minute 196khz file? Think about stuff a little so you don't sound dumb when asking about them
