Ctrl+shift+r should work. There was a update on the UI
Who ever is having this issue with the site stuck loading, press Ctrl + Shift + R! If you are on an Apple device, use Cmd + Shift + R! Sorry if those didn't work, you may have to find some other shortcuts that fix it somehow..
