I am trying to make 80's, 90's Crystal Rhodes and Grand Piano game music in very chill bars and other places from older times. I just need to know how to make a Crystal Rhodes Piano.

Try an FM synth , most 80s rhodes sounds were actually FM synths, the most popular of which being the Yamaha DX7. There is a really good emulation of one called Dexed that is free and compatible with DX7 memory banks.
