There is no sustain on the sequencer, unfortunately, but you can do "pseudo-sustains" by spamming 1/8 notes like the violin or smooth synth parts on this sequence:
Based on my observations, pseudo-sustains sound a lot less crappy the more heavily layered/dense the sequence is because it seems to mask the choppy sound from the continuous spam. Have fun experimenting ^^
