There used to be drums and lots of 1/16th notes, but since the last large update, they seemed to have vanished. Other sequences also have the same problem.

There was a brief window of time about 2 weeks ago (less than a day), where if you saved a sequence it would loose the short notes. Is that what you did? If so, it might be possible to recover the sequences from a backup.
