Add Support for markers on MIDI import and Export

When exporting or importing, only note and instruments events are imported, would it be possible to add support for additional support for MIDI events such as reverb, or pitch bend

standard midi sadly doesn't support this. You can export them as .sequence files however, which keep everything the same but are larger (still very small) and only supported by Online Sequencer.
