strings and violin instrument not working

I was playing back some of my transcribed MIDIS (eg. Witches' Ball ~ Magus, Vampire Killer) and strangely I couldn't get those two playing right. Only cello was able to. Am I tripping or what the hell? Now I kid you not I opened up a new sequence to test out the sound for these instruments. What do I hear? NOTHING. Is my volume on right? Yes, I can hear the instruments, just not violin and strings specifically. Has anyone ever had an issue like this before?

I see nobody's responded to this... The only thing I know works every time some instruments break and are muted for some reason is to clear your browser's cache. Instruments should work again... until they break again after some sequences later (my experience).

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem. I don't know what to do.

Its a bug. Simply an OS bug. This usually happened to me when I began OS. Stopped happening a little later so its temporary I'd say

try clearing your cache
