Reverb doesn't work on .mp3

Up until 2 days ago, .mp3 download worked perfectly, but now, When I download any sequence, it cancels all reverb on every instrument and mutes some instruments altogether. 

I need this fixed, please.

this is exactly what ive been experiencing!! this absolutely needs to be fixed.
