Playlist Thumbnail Problem

For some reason, if you set a thumbnail for a playlist, if you get rid of it and select a different photo for the thumbnail, it will just default to the first thumbnail you chose. 

This is very frustrating because if I want to change a thumbnail, I have to make a whole new playlist.

I have that problem too. I don't think there is really anything to do about it.
