Add .wav or other formats to sequences

I think you should be able to upload short .flac, .ogg, .wav, or .mp4 files, this could allow you to add short sound effects or vocal sequences to a song

people have talked about this before im pretty sure they said it woudnt be possible due to moderation and server stuff

dear god how many times will people alter the phrasing to make it not say "sampling" this will never be added due to copyright concerns
