Instrument menu

Every single time I select an instrument, I place that part and try to switch instruments but for some reason, it won't pop up. The only way I could continue is to save and refresh. After that, it would happen again. I tried to restart my computer and update it but it doesn't work.
Any solutions?

Yeah I have the same problem. Idk why its doing this
