Notifications breaks when deleting comments

A new user on here named GongKnox posted a spam link to one of my songs. I deleted it and reported the account + forum profile, but now the notification for the spam message won't go away. Instead I have a "bell:1" stuck on my notifications feed but there's nothing inside when I click into it. Normally, the process would be to dismiss the notification first before removing a comment, but as this was spam I removed it first so people would not click on a potentially malicious link.
Please fix this by having the notification be automatically dismissed and removed from the feed counter when a comment is removed. Thank you.

When I found the user by member search, I discovered that you can find people here by most sequences, most plays, best sequence-to-play ratio, etc. I've just made the #20 spot and landed on page 1 of most sequences, a few hours ago, so it's likely no coincidence that this user spammed me now.

Their account is also some 3 days old (happy birthday), somehow *made* on my birthday by chance, and has no sequences, plays, subscribers, or any user information, so I am fairly confident that they are fake.

I found an additional related issue, the comment section from which I deleted the spam comment is now showing 1 more comment than it actually has. I commented twice but it shows 3 comments, as if the spam comment was still there and just hidden. This likely has the same root cause as the 'ghost' notification.

I got more notifications today. When I pressed Clear All, the ghost one vanished too. I guess then the makeshift solution to this glitch is to ask people to comment on your songs so that the Clear All Notifications button is visible. Or make an alt and comment on your main's sequences (self-commenting doesn't notify you).
