Any Ways To Recover Deleted Sequences?

So yesterday I made a cover of one of my favorite songs using the new 8-bit instruments (Thank you for adding that back by the way) and after saving I accidentally managed to delete it. Is there a way that I could maybe recover the deleted sequence, it took me about an hour to make?
