7 is a user with a unique musical style and absurd confidence. Pretty well known for "critiquing" other users' sequences compared to the standard set by his own completely insane masterpieces. Eventually the site started forming a sort of cult around him, as a joke. It was all fun and games but eventually started getting *really* spammy, and his name being censored was just an effort to mitigate that. It did.
