New UI for markers?

Excuse my bad drawing but how does this look for a UI? This is kind of what I had in mind. Maybe also the tabs at the bottom could be shortcuts so if I press shift+1 or something it goes to them? The mixer thing with all the instruments advanced settings can probably fit nicely into the sidebar

I said this in chat, but I'll say it here so others can think about this. I think any marker UI has to have the notes visible somehow and aligned with the markers. Otherwise it would be hard to tell where the transitions should be.

So Lopyt's UI is cool, but maybe it should be semi-transparent so that you can see the notes and line up your marker changes with them.
