These days, I've been really into Vadilal brand kulfi. It's stupidly high quality kulfi if you can get it at your local Indian/Middle Eastern markets. Some of my favorite flavors from them are coconut, pistachio and falooda.
If you don't know what it is, kulfi is just basically another variant of ice cream that's traditionally made through dehydrating milk in a pot and freezing the resulting milk solids.
Since milk and sugar are its only ingredients (where most ice creams contain heavy cream and eggs), it completely removes the "greasy" feeling that you would normally get in western ice creams.
