How do I go about crediting sequences from here?

Hello! I'm new to this forum and I created this account just so I could ask this.
I'm an indie game dev and for the OST of my game I had downloaded some MIDI files from here (all covers of music that is already in the public domain) and I wanted to ask what is the proper way to go around crediting it. Do the sequences have copyright? Is just citing the name of the users in the credits of the game enough? 
I really want to be respectful about it, so please tell me what is the best thing to do in this situation

Welcome to OS! In order to use someone's sequence here without issue, You properly credit like such. (I will use an example)

Song name - by Original creator (Recreated by second person)
