Spacebar issues and importing is broken

Whenever I press the spacebar, it restarts the sequence instead of pausing and scrolls down a bit. I have not previously had this issue, and it even happened when I changed browsers. Along with this, importing sequence files seems to be broken and just won't import. Both of these issues are extremely annoying, as I can't import something I was previously working on, and I have to pause without the space bar, which gets annoying due to muscle memory causing me to hit it when I want to pause.
