So, It's been about a year. I got a new device, and It worked for a bit. Just not on Microsoft Edge. It had the issues with instruments being muted immediately. I was able to get it to work on Chrome for a while, but it recently started muting instruments as well. I guess Online Sequencer is getting to the point where all the code has to be redone or the site will need to be shut down.
