A menu option that lets you move the current selection to measure entered by the user. You could use the lowest (leftest?) (first) selected note for reference and offset the others. 

Moving large amounts of notes a long distance is currently a pain in the neck; if you drag up or down in the slightest you clip at the bottom and top.
