404 page doesn't load right

for example, viewing the page https://onlinesequencer.net/aaaa will show you logged in as Jacob_, will not let you open the chat, and will not let you hit the Log out button.

also, bonus bug, the (number) online below the Chat button in the head bar only displays in the sequence editor (https://onlinesequencer.net/) and nowhere else in the forum, ect.

The number of people online also shows in the sequences pages, as well as on individual user sequences pages, so it shows in at least 2 pages/sections of the site/forum. So yeah, it does not show anywhere in the "forum" area of the website (so it seems).
Basically it shows on the OS main website, but not in any of the OS forum site pages.
