UPDATE: The problem has been fixed, thank you to everyone who added to this thread.

I'm attempting to arrange a song in the sequencer, King Crimson's Frame by Frame to be specific. I don't know if that previous detail is important or not, so I listed it just in case. Anyways, my problem is that there's a certain part of the song that keeps screwing with the sequencer every time I try to implement it. What's strange about this is that whenever I move this certain part of the song up one octave, it doesn't cause any problems. Whenever I move this particular part of the song to the octave it's supposed to be (according to the song itself), however, notes begin to mess up. When I say "mess up", I don't mean that the notes sound dissonant. What happens is that notes aren't playing when they are written to, and some notes play later than they should. I'm unsure whether this is a bug or just me being stupid, so I'm coming here to ask for assistance. If anyone has a solution, please let me know as soon as possible. If any of you are experiencing something similar, let's hope we can resolve this.

Attached is the cover I made so far. I have also included the .txt files as backups.
The first is with the aforementioned part of the song is moved up an octave from where it should be. This is the version that works.
The second is where the part in question has been placed in the correct position. This is the version that seems bugged.

it's called a range and we need to widen the range of most of these instruments

This issue is actually occurring with the instruments that are well within the range, so it can't be that.

While I agree with you on that, the range is not the problem here.
