Try to respect people and their opinions. Avoid saying things along the lines of "You have a bad opinion!".
Be helpful
As you can see, being helpful is a recurring topic in OSCRM. Answering questions in a calm, and helpful manner is the best way to answer questions. This will also definitely improve other people's views of you and people's first impressions of you.
Be positive
I won't go into detail here as I have a forum post on spreading positivity but the main premise is to be happy and caring.
Be kind
Simply saying "How are you?" or an "I hope you're having a good day today!" can seriously impact the view other people have on you.
