How to make a Audio file and put to my pc???

Hi, new here and very very very inexperienced, however i am an Artist i wish to create, 53 years of age and not from the cell phone pc days, so bare with me.
I also have an old computer (for now) please, dont laugh...windows vista 2010 and i use Widows Movie Maker, its not bad really...i have made some cool stuff with it.
So anyway... HOW the heck do i get my little project off of Online Sequencer, i have little patience for exploring, i have kids and cats and lots of crap to do...
 i want to save it in a file so i can convert it to mp3? i think thats right, then i can move it on over to WMM which i know how to do already.

Actually, you can only save your project in a MIDI file, but you will hear your sequence with MIDI sounds. However, if you want to hear your sequence with the original sounds you can only record it using some other software.
