"Created" and "Revised" Dates and Descriptions

Just two minor suggestions that would help with quality of life.

So basically a way to tell when a sequence was originally created after it has been saved multiple times. 
 
For example:

Created on: 2018-01-06  and next to it would be Revised on: [Later Date]

- After a sequence has been "revised" , it would still act as if it was created at that date, like how it is currently.


Descriptions:

- A way to describe where you were inspired etc. and other notes you can't fit into a title.
-  Would display "Enter Description (optional)" after saving for the first time, and can be edited later

I support this. I don't want to edit my old sequences to preserve the date they were actually created on.
