Help with transcription

I've transcripted the original Doctor Who theme, minus the white noise. Is there any way to add it without using another website?

you could use audacity and generate a noise track when necessary or get a free sequencer if the noise is melodic or something

or you could just play around with the instruments on this site to see if any sound like white noise
