Standard Soundfont Equivalents?

So, when you export a midi file from online sequencer to another midi editor that uses the basic soundfont, it has some different instruments. Does anyone have a chart of this?

Are you using the default Windows SoundFont? That SoundFont is outdated and isn't even an sf2 file like a SoundFont.
