Saving & Retrieving Sequences from my laptop

Is it possible to retrieve sequences I saved direct to my laptop? Thank you for your help.

If you saved it as a local file to your laptop, then it's stored as a file on your laptop. Drag the file onto the sequence editing page to load the sequence.

If you saved it as an audio file, then you just have the audio, and no.
