When I create a tune with a single G6 note, then export it as a MIDI file, the file contains a note with the value 79, which is G4. I would expect a note value of 91. Is the output of Online Sequencer transposed? Or am I missing something.
Attached is a four note midi file generated by Online Sequencer. This site reports G6, A6, B6, C7. That should be MIDI 91, 93, 95, 96. But my Python parser reports 79, 81, 83, 84. That's confirmed by a different online editor at https://www.onlinemidi.com/Editor.php which reports G4, A4, B4, C5.
