Make it easier to use custom note lengths

I've seen a whole lot of people ask on the forums how they change the note lengths beyond 1/2, and the javascript console method that has been shown isn't really all that easy to use. Maybe we can have a text box in which we can input our custom note lengths easily, next to the drop down menu of the "standard" notes. This would be much more convenient.
