I don't know HOW many times i've done this, (only once, but for the story XD) i've accidentally hit DELETE instead of something i meant to click. I, personally, feel like there should be a CONFIRM delete button. Just like how if you're about to leave the site, or refresh it, and it informs you that you have unsaved changes. I feel it would be a better precautionary step.

there's a confirmation popup for deleting playlists i think, i can add the same thing for sequences

After you reload a page there kinda is a big box that asks if you want to reload the page or not.
